My methods

Psychosynthesis is a holistic psychological understanding model that includes work with the body, emotions and intellect. It is based on man's inherent potential of a spiritual nature. Psychosynthesis emphasizes man's own resources and inner knowledge in the work to solve the problems that prevent us from living fully. It is based on traditional depth psychology, psychodynamics, humanities, existential and transpersonal psychology.

Constellations give us access to repressed feelings and memories, which continue to affect us until they are brought to consciousness and processed in a way that is manageable, understandable and makes sense. Systemic solutions provide perspective on the underlying systemic obstacles in a conflict situation.

Welcome!

”The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice.
And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds”

- R.D Laing
